Most people who know me don't really know me all the way. I guess the only person who knows more than everyone else is my younger sister. She may be young but she understands the value of the insight I share with her. I mean shes the only person I know that shes all sides of me. She gets the smart nerd who knows a great deal, she knows the funny guy who loves to laugh and poke fun at others, and she gets the philosophical wiseman whos insight changes the way people look at things. I like to think that because most of the world doesn't know the many facets of me leaves something to mestery and suprise when I shed light on a side they haven't seen. I love shocking people at work with great knowledge and insight a typical nineteen year old would give less of a crap about. Like for example, today a friend of my boss came by. A little incident occured where my boss was on his phone kind of ignoring her and I said, "Texting in front of people has now become socially acceptable" and she began to say how rude he was being to her(sarcastically) .She went on to say how its so impersonal and emotionless to text people until I interjected with, "You know, I wrote a whole paper on how texting and e-mail has forced society to come up with ways to replace emotion and "real-lifeness" in those mediums." She looked at me(and so did my boss) like I was a completely different person. I had gone from this funny care-free cool dude to this smart and sofisticated adult. It really shocked them. She now wants to read the paper I wrote so I have to go looking for it now. Wow this post went in a completely different direction than I thought. Oh well, that's life in your face and always shocking. Laters =-)
